Open the app on a Monday morning and your week is already mapped. With PEMAC Assets, a maintenance lead can bulk-import equipment lists, set criticality, and choose time- or meter-based PM templates. Build task lists with torque specs, photos, and risk controls, then attach permits and SOPs so every job carries its safety context. The planner view groups upcoming jobs by site, trade, or required downtime. Drag jobs to a maintenance window, auto-generate work orders, and notify technicians. When policies change, update a template once and push it to every asset in scope.

On the floor, technicians work entirely from mobile. Scan a QR tag to pull the asset record, active work, lock status, and parts bin. Start the job, complete checklists, capture readings, and upload images. If a hazard is flagged, trigger a dynamic risk assessment or lockout procedure; the key/lock module records who applied which lock and where it is stored. Need approval to proceed? Submit a digital permit-to-work and route it for sign-off without leaving the job. Labor time, failure codes, and corrective notes flow straight into the service history.

Set min/max levels, preferred vendors, and lead times; the system reserves stock for scheduled jobs and creates purchase requests when thresholds are hit. Convert to POs with one tap, compare quotes, and track deliveries to the exact bin location. Warranty rules warn you before you buy or bill the wrong item. For turnarounds, build kits, stage materials, and issue them to work orders in batches so teams never wait at the crib.

Managers get live insight without wrangling reports. Dashboards surface overdue PMs, top downtime drivers, technician productivity, and maintenance cost by asset. Drill from a trend to a single work order, then create an improvement action with an owner and due date. Health & Safety runs alongside the CMMS: log incidents, assign corrective actions, verify training status before assignment, and prove compliance during audits with time-stamped records and signatures. Use the API or flat-file connectors to sync with ERP for suppliers, GL codes, and equipment masters, keeping finance and maintenance aligned.
